WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
More than 7 days prior to event: Full refund in the form of initial payment.
Less than 7 days prior to event: 50% refund only. Non-transferable.
Less than 3 days: No refund given

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Please make checks payable to Cookie Cousins.

HOW DO I GET MY COOKIES?
You can pick up your order at 2322 Edgewater Drive Orlando, FL 32804.

CAN I HAVE MY COOKIES DELIVERED?
Yes, we deliver cookie orders in the Central Orlando area to the following zip codes:
Additional $10.00 (32801, 32802, 32803, 32804, 32806, 32789, 32792)
Additional $20.00 (32836, 32751)

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM COOKIE ORDER?
The minimum order is a half dozen, but can be ordered individually (ex. quantity of 31)

DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?
A 10% discount is given to orders of 100 cookies or more.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN THE SUGAR COOKIES & ICING?
Flour, Sugar, Butter, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Cream Cheese, Egg Yolk, Powdered Sugar, Merengue Powder, Coloring Gel

HOW LONG DO THE COOKIES KEEP FOR?
The cookies are best if consumed within one or two weeks of pickup, yet are good for up to three or four weeks when kept in
cellophane bags. Cookies also keep well in the freezer.

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE THE COOKIES?
For the most part, we are able to add letters, numbers and symbols to any of our custom sugar cookies. As long there is room on the
cookie for personalization, we are happy to do it. Personalization is an additional $.25 per cookie.

CAN YOU PLACE A PHOTOGRAPH OR CORPORATE LOGO ON A COOKIE?
Yes we can. Please email the photo or logo to cookiecousins@gmail.com as a jpeg attachment at a resolution of 300 dpi or 15 KB. We
print it on an piece of edible sugar paper and use edible ink.
